NEW TOPIC - Technology for Sports Training

Technology has come a long way in the sports world. Since there are so many different types of technology to discuss I thought I would start with  Instant Replay. Instant replay is very important in sports training. I chose to focus on this because instant replay is something that I use on a daily basis. A WebQuest is an inquiry-based, on-line learning activity. Here is a link that gives you a detailed definitoion: What is a webquest? As you can see from the article, webquests are a great way of incorporating the World Wide Web into the learning process. Webquests are designed by the teacher, therefore allowing you to decide what your students are looking at on the Internet. Webquests can be done as an individual learning experience or even as a group project. Keeping students motivated to learn is always a goal for me, I think webquests are a sure way of keeping them interested.
