New Topic: Webquests

A WebQuest is an inquiry-based, on-line learning activity. Here is a link that gives you a detailed definitoion: What is a webquest? As you can see from the article, webquests are a great way of incorporating the World Wide Web into the learning process. Webquests are designed by the teacher, therefore allowing you to decide what your students are looking at on the Internet. Webquests can be done as an individual learning experience or even as a group project. Keeping students motivated to learn is always a goal for me, I think webquests are a sure way of keeping them interested.

  1. Hi Gerry! On the blog topics for the second half of the semester, you were assigned "technology for sports training." How can a WebQuest be used to help with sports training?
